No activation email, Request to cancel ordered purchase

I am writing to request cancel order, I did not receive any activation email, and waste hours tried to sign in and stuck in adding trusted devices.

Even don't have an account to open ticket, the bot just told me not paying for the service, go to the community.

Very not satisfying service. Please cancel the order and the subscription.
