Can I revert to the old Teamviewer?

This new TV does not work on my system. I use TV to access a headless server in my home over my local network. The new system will not work unless I plug in a physical monitor to the other computer. When I connect to it without a physical monitor, I get a blank screen with the TV menu at the top, but nothing is clickable. If I open the file transfer, it shows up, but nothing is clickable there either. If I plug in a monitor, I can access it as if it were a dual-monitor setup. It was never this way before.
