how do I activate my license? I just bought one

I get an error code, i don't have a company, i used to have a free account and today I got my license, how do I fix this? "Sorry, the license couldn’t be activated. Account has an existing company configuration, which is incompatible with this license. Please use an account without a company setup".

    To begin with, could you please sign in to the TeamViewer application to check your TeamViewer account status with a license?

    • To find your TeamViewer account status, please navigate to the human icon(1) in the top-right corner and go to Edit profile(2) and License(3):
    • If the license type you pursued is shown as Active, your TeamViewer account has already been activated with a license. Please try to start using a licensed TeamViewer account.
    • If it still shows as free and you cannot activate a license due to the error message, we highly recommend getting in touch with our support team for further assistance.
