We want setup a channel group to reserve some channels for IT support. But it seem not available in Tensor?

Thanks for your reply. I have no concept on Tensor agents. We have Tensor Agents 5 + Remote Access User 55. As I know we can have 60 concurrent sessions. What is the different of agents and remote access user? How can I reserve some channels for IT support?

Channel groups are not available for Tensor, as Tensor is agent-based and not channel-based.
This means that if you have X Tensor agents, you can do X concurrent sessions. Each Tensor agent (user)
Basically, each agent behaves like a channel, so there's no room for usage conflicts.
