Why is enable device management and grant easy access greyed out?

Hello All,

I've used Teamviewer for many years without any major issues.

Now all of the sudden I'm unable use unattended access. The two PCs I'm using show in Teamviewer as available but if I click them to connect they require a password.

In the advanced settings grant easy access greyed out and under device management enable device management is also greyed out.

I don't get it, why has this become so difficult?

Can anyone point me in the right direction to resolve this?
