Hi. Every time after I use team viewer, the app keeps signing out. Next time I use the app again I have to sign in once again.
Can I stay signed in for a longer period of time even if I close the app after using it? Thanks.

We're aware of an issue that caused the "stay signed in" feature to not work as expected in some cases. We rolled out a fix for this today. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
Our team is also working on some other issues that have been reported, with TeamViewer being signed out unexpectedly.
Note that if your company uses Single-Sign-On, the sign-in duration is set by your corporate policies.

HI all,
I have 3 totals TV clients and and an issue with my TV Client running on my Windows 11 Home version (build 10.0.2261). The issue is my TV Client keeps signing itself out after a day or two. I don't see that my Laptop has rebooted when this occurs. If I bring up the TV app I just have to click on the login prompt and it logs back in successfully.
My other two older Windows Devices running the same version of TV 15.39.3 are working perfectly. Any thoughts on what I can check to keep TV from signing out?

It seems the solution is just to ignore the thread i guess. I'm also experiencing this. Sometimes i get logged off within 1 day of use. As for one of my Mac M4 computers, it keeps asking me for the on screen password, even though i have "easy connect" (translated from danish) enabled. I'm absolutely considering wether to move forward with Teamviewer at this point, as it's absolutely critical to be able to connect to my remote computers when i need it!!!!!
Same with me still.
I have this issue on ALLA COMPUTERS. It signs me out EVERY DAY and it drives me crazy. Teamviewer is the most overpriced software I've ever paid for in relation to how bad it actually is. I am on version 15.61.4.
