Using Microphone and Video in meetings

Can anyone help us with troubleshooting the use of microphone using teamviewer. My issue is when I entered into a meeting, the microphone is enabled but they cannot hear me speaking. While testing the microphone, test level do not move. lastly, the video is not detected as well.
