Display Orientation

Hi, everyone.

Do yo guys know why my TeamViewer display is incorrect.
When I connect to the Android device it will shows like this from my side.

My Android is in portrait mode. I have tried to change the display orientation settings or the HDMI orientation settings still not solving this issue.

I'm using an Android box running android 7.

Is it because of the firmware or because of another thing? and how to solve this orientation issue?
