Do we ever get an email which we have to reply in 24 hours for order confirmation?

I just bought a license by paying online on Team viewer website. Initially I got an email saying order confirmation. Then two hours later I got another email saying i need to reply to a team viewer email within 24 hours to confirm my order and it had a South African number below.
