Teamviewer remote

I have remote access to my mom's computer but it now keeps asking me for a password. I have messed with so many settings now, I don't even know where to start. We use the free version.

    If you are using TeamViewer ID and a random password to establish a remote session and your mom is using a full TeamViewer Remote client, a password can be found below:

    • When your mom signs in to TeamViewer Remote, TeamViewer ID and a random password will be displayed on the Remote Support menu.
    • When your mom is not signed in to TeamViewer Remote, your TeamViewer ID and a random password will be displayed in the main interface.

  • We both have TeamViewer with connect and random password but I changed the settings so they would keep the current password. The problem is the easy access button is checked and I used to be able to log in on her computer 24/7 with no password. It is now requiring me to put password in every time. I don't know what changed that I no longer have the easy access with no password required.
