My account was upgraded by my former company, and since I have left the company, I no longer use this account. On December 3, I discovered a notice requesting me to pay a late fee within 10 days.

After asking a former colleague, I learned that they assumed the account had already been canceled, so it was not in use. I logged in again and found that the subscription had not been canceled. According to my colleague, a cancellation request was made before I left, but she was informed that a 20-day notice was required, and there was no follow-up after that.

Since I have left the company and they have hired a professional support team, this account will no longer be used. What should I do?
