How to set another administrative PC fixed password on a remote-access PC

hi.
I have registered two PCs in one account and am using them now.

PC 1 has a fixed password

PC 2 is unable to access PC 2 because it belatedly knows that it has not set a fixed password.

Can I remotely access PC 1 and set a fixed password for PC 2 to access PC 2?
