Phone number error during the payment process

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue when trying to pay for the Single User license. Every time I enter my phone number during the payment process, I receive an error message, even though I’m sure the number is entered correctly.
Has anyone else faced this issue, and could you suggest how to resolve it?
