    The login page will not accept my e-mail and password combination. I cannot submit a ticket. I need help from a human agent. Your systems are not enabling me to get you to stop the charges you are trying to collect.

    Please deal with the issue I have reported many times now.

    I hope you can resolve this problem as otherwise your request to create a ticket is impossible.
