Unable to migrate device - just keep getting error pop-ups

Has anybody gotten a response from TeamViewer on this new issue that seems to be plauging a lot of people? I'm told in the TV console to migrate a device, and immediately get these pop-ups and the migration never happens.

    Hello everyone, I think i have a solution for this,

    I came accross this promlem today while trying to migrate also.

    What i did was:

    1- Go back in to your desktop software

    2- I switched to the OLD interface (maybe can be done with new interface also, but i havent tried)

    3- go into the UNKNOWN group, that's the PC i was trying to migrate was (in that GROUP/FOLDER)

    4- right click on that particular PC you were trying to migrate and click DELETE

    5- go back into your web brownser and refresh the migration page.

    6- You PC/Machine should now be fully migrated.

  • I tried the OLD interface as suggested by Hamid but there were no PC's in the UNKNOWN group

    My computers are still in the "finalization required" state

    Various popups containing these messages continue to appear
