External Access for Support Company
Hi
We work with a support company, who already have Teamviewer
I need to grant them access to one of our groups, so they can see all the devices and get easy access
I used to be able to do this on the Old UI, how do i do it on the new UI?

It can be shared as a group manager and tick for the option of Easy Access on Permission. We have the Knowledge-Based article - Assign managers to device groups or devices with detailed explanation about how it works.

Hi, this works if the user is setup on my account, but i cant add him as a user as they already have their own teamviewer account

In this case, as granting Easy Access with the external account is different to the usual TeamViewer setup, we strongly suggest you discuss this with our support agent and look for possible suggestions and solutions.

Sorry for the late message adding to my previous reply.
My team member @JeanK reminded me that Easy Access is possible to set up on the TeamViewer client by going to Settings, Advanced settings, General, and then Manage this device. Can you try this option and see if it will help?
