Unable to Receive Refund Under 7 Days Refund Guarantee

Hello,

I requested a refund under the 7 Days Refund Guarantee on the 6th day after purchase. A ticket was created for me , but since then, I have not received any updates on the status of my request. The following day, I contacted support again to ask about the ticket status, but instead of receiving a response, a new ticket was opened.

It seems like I am being intentionally delayed to miss the refund period, which is very concerning.

They couldn't clarify:

  1. What is the current status of my original ticket?
  2. When can I expect to receive my refund?
