Can't assign device on teamwiewr host android inavlid user or pass

Hello guys, i have a problem assigning x96 mini android box to my acc. Always invalid email or password and i am shure that my credentials are correct since I'm using them on my phone. Is there a restriction for free users or something? Thanks
