Froze/stuck screen in phone

I am trying to learn practically with my own. I have instaled teamviewer reomote control into my PC and installed team viewer remote control plus quick support on my Iphone/Adnroid. But screen of phone has always froze/stuck just after 30-45 seconds.

Please advice

    Thank you for your message.

    If you connect from your PC to your mobile phone, the only app you need on your mobile phone is QuickSupport. The TeamViewer Remote Control app is to connect to other devices.

    Regarding your freezing problem, is there any message popping up after a while on your phone? Also, could you let us know which mobile phone you are connecting to?

    What is the current "fix" you found?
