Unable to setup Easy Access

Hi Community,

I am having some headaches here not being able to setup Easy Access for the computers deployed under my account.

This is everything listed to what I believe will relate:

  1. I am logging in with the only account setup, so full administrator.
  2. Access Control (incoming connections) has 'Control this computer' set to allowed which has been assigned to the group My Computers
  3. I have installed via the standard teamviewer download the assigned the device to the company and ticked grant easy access and signed in with the only admin account
  4. I have created a Custom Module and the assignment is set to All Managers, All Device Groups and to inherit permissions from the My Computers Group
  5. The My Computers Group has the only account setup as a Manager which has Easy Access Ticked as part of the permissions
