No control on remote compluter

       The instructions are for Mac users since the issue of not being able to control a remote iMac is specific to those users. I've never heard of an instance where you couldn't control a remote pc while trying to connect to it from another pc.

    You can access the accessibility menu via Security & Privacy within your Mac Preferences.

  • I'm slightly astonished that nobody seen the solution for windows

    If mouse clicks doesn't work on the remote computer, ask the remote user to quit TeamViewer and to

    boot it as Administrator (right click on TeamViewer executable and select Run as Administrator)
