Connecting to an older version of the application TeamViewer

Hello, I have purchased a TeamViewer Remote Access license but I cannot connect to older versions of TeamViewer. When two other users who also have purchased a license tried it, they were able to connect to this computer.

With the Remote Access license, you should be able to connect to older versions of TeamViewer.

We invite you to do first these two checks on your side:

• Make sure that your license is activated on the correct TeamViewer account
• If yes, log in with this licensed TeamViewer account in the full client or the web app.

Please come back to us to confirm whether you successfully connected to the remote device or are still unable to do so.
