Teamviewer Host on Debian 12.8 - white screen after connection

I am connecting to Teamviewer Host 15.61.3 running on a Debian 12.8 server.

The connection succeeds and it is possible to interact with the host but then after a small amount of time (typically between 10 and 30 seconds) the screen turns completely white. Disconnecting and reconnecting succeeds and things again initially work, until the screen turns white again.

This happens when connecting from a Windows 11 machine using Teamviewer 15.61.4 and an Android 14 device using Teamviewer 15.60.606.
