I used to have one a few years ago. Apparently my log in is still good but I can't seem to figure it out.

When you try to log in, do you get any error messages?
Also, you can find some articles from our Knowledge Base to help you login with your account and establish connections with TeamViewer Remote:
- Sign in with your account
- Reset your account password (in case you have forgotten your password)
- Full client (How to use the new interface)
- Update TeamViewer
