Why can't I access my Ubuntu server using TeamViewer?
I am running TeamViewer full client 15.61.3_ARM64 on a server running Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS ARM64. I cannot use Easy Access to connect to my server from my Windows 10 machine running TeamViewer 15.61.4.
Whenever I try to connect to the server from Windows, TeamViewer’s window shows connecting for a couple of minutes before giving up and stopping the try. Knowing that I can easily connect using the ID and password (when random password is enabled)
What I did:
1- I made sure to login with the same account on both machines and add my account on the server to be granted Easy Access.
2- I opened the common ports used by TeamViewer on UFW; TCP/UDP port 5938.
3- I have also tried using TeamViewer Host 15.61.3_ARM64, instead of the full client.
4- In all Easy Access tries, I have disabled Random Password and removed Personal Passwords, according to this guide.
