I just purchased the single user remote access product and do not see where I can enter another user ID for remotely connecting via their Teamviewer.

The Remote Access license allows you to have 3 partner devices. You can add the 3 devices following the steps here: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-remote/licenses/activate-and-set-up-your-remote-access-license/#:~:text=Step%203%3A%20Activate%20the%20Remote%20Access%20license%20for%20the%20remote%20device
