how to unlink existing device

i still got the following devices linked even i removed them. help!

    Could you please explain in more detail? Did you encounter an error message when you tried to unlink one of the devices, and if so, what did it say?

    There are several devices listed in the page i shown. i cant include them for privacy reason. you only need to know i cant click them nor finding some interface to remove them.

    i tried
    1.) went to the pcs and remove remote access, plus logout of the device

    2.) remove the corresponding pcs in the web management console, under the "device" section

    both operation sucessful without any error message, and the listed devices are still there ! and i cannot sign in to team viewer because of :
