Connection Issue
Things worked fine for months, but a week ago, I did a windows update and can not connect to either other computer on my team. I have a computer in another room of my apartment as well as my mom's computer miles away. It says "Unable to connect - Either your partner isn't connected to the internet or your partner's TeamViewer isn't running. Please tell your partner to check their internet connection or to start TeamViewer."
There is no issue with my "partner" computer in the other room and my mother is not capable of making any changes to hers. I reinstalled (without uninstalling) TeamViewer on my computer but no improvement.
Any suggestions?

As you mentioned that you have reinstalled TeamViewer without uninstalling it, I invite you to do an advanced uninstallation of TeamViewer on your device and, if possible, on the remote devices as well.
Please follow carefully the instructions below, according to the operating system of the devices:
