Dear all,

Since Teamviewer 15.61.3, the application refuses authentication on Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS when in sleep mode. "Authentication rejected".

When PC is "woken" up, connection works as expected. Workaround used is another tool to connect in order to wake up the PC.

Tried as well upgrading to 15.62.4, did not help.

Anything known here?

Before 15.61.3 I was easily able to wake the PC when connecting to it.

Does teamviewer have permission to run during sleep mode? if not, allow it. Then check power management settings.

IMHO it should have it, yes.. but I'd have no idea how to check this.

Power Management Settings I checked, and this looks fine. As said, this used to work with earlier versions. Was there something new introduced in the last versions, that need to be set in TV?
