Connect from TeamViewer to QuickSupport

I try to set up a smooth support possibility to my old fathers phone with as few clicks as possible. Teamviewer at my side and QuickSupport att his side.

  • When I connect, QuickSupport at his side says "Verify this user".
  • Then he has to click a button called "Check user".
  • Then the QuickSupport says "this Identity has not been verified by TeamViewer"
  • Now he must click a checkbox called "allow access" an then click a button called "allow".

How can I simplify this?

  • Can I somehow I verify my identity?
  • Is it possible to add trusted ids in the QuickSupport app (so I can put in my Id)?
