Unable to install Team Viewer

I got a windows laptop. I downloaded TeamViewerQS and TeamViewQS_64. When I run the exe file nothing my laptop ask do you want to allow this app to make changes to the laptop. I click "Yes" and then nothing happens. Nothing get installed. I have restarted my laptop a number of times. I am not sure what is going wrong that the app is not getting installed. I got Windows 11 64 Bits OS. Hope someone could suggest something to fix the issue.

    Please run it as an administrator

    Hi Mark, I right click on the exe file and choose "Run as administrator" and still nothing happens.
