Apple and PC have same instructions?
I am planning on traveling to my invalid and elderly mother's (about 120 miles away) to set up her IPAD so that I can use TeamViewer to open up Zoom on that IPAD and then type in the Meeting ID and Passcode so Mom can Zoom with the rest of the family each Saturday. In figuring how I might do this, I just read the steps in the Knowledge Base for providing unattended remote support. It sounded like those directions are written for PC's. My question is: are there different instructions for doing this set up on Apples and if so, where can I find those instructions? Thanks for your help on this.

Hi @DAVA,
Welcome to our Community and thanks for your first post! The instructions for setting up unattended access on Windows and macOS are a bit different:
- For Windows:
- For macOS:
Please note that for Android devices, unattended access can be configured with TeamViewer Host, and full remote control is possible with the following manufacturers:
iOS devices only allow screen sharing; it's not possible to remotely control an iOS device.I hope this information can help you!
