Finalization stuck at 0%

I cannot get one device to complete migration. It is stuck at Finalization - 0%.

Any suggestions?

Problem solved. I tries this solution FOUR times. It worked after the fourth try.

1- Go back in to your desktop software

2- switched to the OLD interface

3- go into the My computers group, the PC i was trying to migrate was in that group

4- right click on that particular PC you were trying to migrate and click DELETE

5- go back into web browser and refresh the migration page.

6- PC/Machine should now be fully migrated.

But it didn’t work the first three times.

    Switch to the old interface and delete the device and refresh the page.
