'Connect' button no longer working?

I recently updated TV to the latest version on both my computers I use for remote connection. Everything seems fine and should work as it has for years before but now when I go and click the connect button, nothing happens. I've closed and restarted TV half a dozen times now and still no response. Any ideas how to fix this or is it a known bug currently with the latest patch release?

Restart it, 'full access' should be turned on and turn off IPv6.
