Remote control support for elliq tablet

Hello,

I've purchased a Vortex Elliq based tablet for my mom and want to be able to help her remotely manage and help navigate it when needed .

I saw that several tablet brands were listed that work but when I try to connect it says "This device supports the additional remote control feature please contact our support for further information , OS firmware Elliq Tablet" and than displays a support web link but not associated software is available. When using TV I am able to get to the point where the message appears " the partner is not responding to your query to view their screen. TV shows the remote device online status

I've downloaded the universal remote plug in and added this as a trusted device to my account, where can I get the Elliq package or apk to allow for remote control with TV

I appreciate that unfortunately I don't have a paid account it appears only paid membership accounts can submit tickets . Is that a correct analysis?

One of the Forum support articles references that vortex support was added to the the universal plug-in in 2019 so i figured that that would work with her elliq vortex tablet, are there any steps I missed. Her phone works successfulY with unattended access with my TV account so I thinking it's something with the universal apk
