why is setup access to my own devive not available

    Do you mean in the Home menu on the Getting Started field?
    If yes, it just means that you have already set the device for remote control, so it's checked out from the starter list.

    Hi,
    No it's the reverse from your screen shot above.
    There's a check mark beside "Setup remote access on the device" and there's a line through it.
    I guess I miss interpreted what it meant. I thought it meant I wasn't allowed to set it up; but I guess it means that part was done.
    And, I was able to connect remotely. Sorry.
