How to fix sound after connection PC to phone.

when I connect my PC to iPhone the sound gets messed up. It makes everything very low. And when I get in my car it thinks I’m in a phone call, so it connects and messes up the sound there. Can’t listen to music or video or phone call.. can anyone help? I read on google that it thinks the microphone is on but there’s no fix that they provide.
