0 key in number pad doesn’t work when in TeamViewer

good afternoon all! So, we do some WFH using TeamViewer into our office computers. The problem we are having is that the 0 key (number 0 not letter O) in the number pad won’t work. It just does nothing when pressed. The 0 key on the top line of numbers works, but not numpad. Any ideas?
