Want to remote control my Android phone from my Windows pc

Hi. I'm trying to control my phone from Windows. I have TeamViewer version 15.62.4 installed in Windows. I have the current version of QuickSupport installed on the phone. All I seem able to do is monitor the phone (the blue finger shows when I move the mouse, and that's all I can do). There appears to be no way to put the phone under the Managed list. Only to Bookmark it.

In a general way, TeamViewer is self-defeating. There is an infinite amount of junk to read, links, modes, terms, bells, whistles, corporate smiles, and absolutely no human (or even chatbot) support without paying some bucks. Its community support is as dead as a door nail. And there is no simple way to do anything. That is not the way to build a customer base.
