Not generate password

not show any password. how can i get this?

Welcome to our Community, and thank you for your first post regarding the random password.

It looks like the random password might be disabled, or the One-Time Access feature is enabled.

Therefore, we have to check the TeamViewer settings.
To do so, please navigate to Settings (1) → Advanced settings (2) → Open advanced settings (3) → Security (4) → Random password (5).

• If the random password is disabled, select Password strength, choose the preferred password length, and click OK (6) to save this setting.
• If the checkmark is set for the Enable One-Time Access feature, remove it to disable it. Confirm the setting with OK (6).
