with the latest teamviewer update, the PC freezes! help

I have performed the latest update of team viewer on my pc with windows 10 and also on the remote computer with windows 7.

  1. on the win10 pc, team viewer is very slow.
  2. on the remote Win7 pc a message window appears without text that I don't understand what it means! I have attached an image.
    The pc crashes continuously with a blue screen. never happened before, these things have been happening since I updated teamviewer.

What can I do? If there is no solution I am thinking of switching all my computers to *bleep*.
