with the latest teamviewer update, the PC freezes! help

I have performed the latest update of team viewer on my pc with windows 10 and also on the remote computer with windows 7.
- on the win10 pc, team viewer is very slow.
- on the remote Win7 pc a message window appears without text that I don't understand what it means! I have attached an image.
The pc crashes continuously with a blue screen. never happened before, these things have been happening since I updated teamviewer.
What can I do? If there is no solution I am thinking of switching all my computers to *bleep*.
