My teamviewer partner cannot hear me during remote session

Hi there,
Could you help me please? My teamviewer partner cannot hear me during remote session. We used the team viewer so she can remote my laptop when I have a zoom meeting with the other person. She can hear the other party but when my turn to talk. She cannot hear me. We already tick the "play device sounds and music" under remote control and audio conferencing but still not working. Can you help us please?
