Why am I receiving the "update to latest minor version" warning?

I have TeamViewer 15.62.4 running on Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS, and TeamViewer 15.62.4 on Windows 11 24H2.

When I connect TeamViewer between these 2 systems (in either direction), TeamViewer warns: "Please make sure both sides involved in this connection are running the latest minor release. Old minor versions will be discontinued soon. Please update now."

From what I can find, 15.62.4 is the latest free version and the minor versions are the same. Why the warning? I'm fairly certain the issue is on the Linux side. The Windows TeamViewer connects to other Windows systems without the warning.
