Connection to Remote Team Viewer Computer Stales, and unable to reconnect
Hello Everyone;
Good Day.
Having a strange issue bothering me with lot of additional work on a remote shared computer.
When 2 team viewer users are connected to remote computer after a while one of the connection looses the remote connection window but the remote commputer shows connection from this user in session list . Even after the user restarts his team viewer and his computer connot re establish connection to this particular remote computer. Only Option is to Restart the Remote computer to kill the stale session.
Any suggetion or work around to make it possible to reconnect without restarting the remote PC

Maybe settings isn't set up the right way

Could you please elaborate if there is any specific settings to be looked at

Check advanced settings. Disable Close remote session when disconnecting and make sure Block incoming connections from outside LAN is off. If it still acts up, try ending the stuck session in Task Manager instead of rebooting.

When you open a ticket to contact our support, please go ahead and run the Support Collector on all three devices after the issue happens and attach the results to your ticket.

Thanks Nadin. Unfortunately re-creating the scenario is not easy . Team members are aware of the issue, and they keep closing and reconnecting TV session to avoid this happening as the cost of rebooting the remote work PC is high.
