Which Teamviewer do I download?

Hi
I'm trying to download the free version of Teamviewer for my Mac and I don't know which option I'm supposed to download in order to be able to use my work computer from my home on my laptop? I tried to download the Host version but that one doesn't seem to be the right one.

Download the TeamViewer full client for full remote access. Install it on both devices then use the id and password to connect. If need always-on access, TeamViewer Host is the way to go.
