Regarding license subscription issue

I have purchased a subscription and still showing as free, i also did the activation by clicking on an active button, but not working.. pls help me regarding this

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community, and we are sorry to hear about the inconvenience with the onboarding process. 

    Please know that there are 2 different activations: the TeamViewer license and the customer portal after purchasing the TeamViewer license. 

    • A licensed TeamViewer account is necessary to submit a support ticket and establish licensed remote connections.
    • Additionally, activating the portal grants access to the Customer Portal, allowing you to manage your customer data, invoices, and subscriptions.

    Could you please double-check which activation you have tried?

    • If you have completed the license activation but still have any issues, please contact our support team for further assistance.
    • If you have done the Customer Portal activation but not the license activation, please try the activation process by referring to the license activation guides: License Activation Guides - Overview
