PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: It has been happening for some time now that the connection made with TEAM VIEWER (with administrator user) to computers (with WIN10 64bit OS) of various non-administrator users NEVER completes the cycle useful for the connection
SIDE MY TEAM VIEWER
1) I enter client computer ID
2) I enter Administrator credentials
SIDE TEAM VIEWER QS REMOTE USER
1) the TeamViewer window disappears the window/consent to restart Team Viewer with adm user does not even appear staying on hold for a long time
Cannot connect how can I solve the problem?

I realized that it could be a problem of the client user (who does not have administrator rights and is managed by domain server , so it is not a Microsoft user)
so client side I deleted the folders
C:\Users\UTENTE\AppData\Local\TeamViewer
C:\Users\UTENTE\AppData\Roaming\TeamViewer
and tried again the connection however without success
I ask: what in the folder C:\Users\UTENTE, can block the restart as adm from remote ? ??
or what else affects the failure to restart TeamViewer?
