we need to provide support to users, we are 6 users of the IT Team who should be able to operate on Teamviewer, Company. The problem is that when we download the tool from this link https://get.teamviewer.com/******QS we should see the session in the queue, while currently only the IT Head sees it ******
We urgently need to resolve the issue, the users who should be enabled in the session queue are 5/6
The problem does not exist if we send the session by email, there we find it in the queue of the person who generated the session.
Could you tell me how to solve the issue? Thank you
