I'm very sorry to disturb you. As my issue has not been resolved yet, and I need your help. My teamviewer ID is [removed per Community Guidelines] ,the ID of the controlled computer is [removed per Community Guidelines] , and the controlled computer has been displayed as offline, even though the same account is actually logged in and online. I am a teacher in a university, and I mainly use TeamViewer to manage the NMR machine, which mainly provides testing services for our teachers. Please assist in resolving the issue.
