How can I see the password prompt on screen?

Hello,

I'm trying to install some software onto colleagues laptops. I have the Admin credentials. However when I go to install I can't see the field to enter the admin details in.

I'm using Team Viewer on a macbook and trying to remote to windows PCs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
